We are pleased to invite you to participate in the practical continuation of the international training seminar on “Lean Management in Manufacturing,” led by Professor Josef Klein from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, Germany.
The training is organized within the framework of the “GUZ Partners” project, implemented by the Gesamtmasche confederation in cooperation with the “Uztextileprom” Association, with the support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through sequa gGmbH.
Following the theoretical part of the international seminar, this next stage will focus on the practical application of the knowledge and tools acquired during the training. Participants will have the opportunity to work directly in a real manufacturing environment and explore how Lean Management principles can be applied to actual production processes.
The practical training will focus on the following key areas:

• Value Stream Mapping

The practical training will take place at Nurtex LLC, where participants will apply the concepts and tools studied during the theoretical seminar to real production processes. Through practical exercises, observations, discussions, and analysis of production processes, participants will gain hands-on experience in identifying improvement opportunities, reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and developing a culture of continuous improvement.

To further consolidate the knowledge gained during the theoretical part of the international training program and to observe its practical application in a real production environment, the participants visited Trigema W. Grupp KG, one of Germany’s well-known family-owned textile and apparel manufacturers specializing in sportswear, leisurewear, and underwear.
