The “TextileExpo Uzbekistan 2026” international exhibition took place from May 13–15, 2026, at the “Uzexpocentre” complex in Tashkent.

The GUZ Partners project team, acting as the local representative in Uzbekistan for the project implemented by Gesamtmasche, actively participated in the exhibition, conducting a series of productive meetings and discussions with representatives of Uzbekistan’s textile and apparel sector. As part of the project’s ongoing efforts to support the development and international competitiveness of local enterprises, the exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen cooperation and identify new areas for partnership.

During the exhibition, the team engaged with companies operating in various segments, including home textiles, ready-to-wear apparel, uniforms, technical textiles, and textile accessories. Discussions focused on improving production processes, enhancing product quality in accordance with international standards, increasing efficiency throughout the value chain, and identifying opportunities for export development.

Technical aspects of raising product quality to global standards were discussed with brands such as Bilnur Textile, Limax, TMT, Terry Jar Textile, Gold Home and Marwa. Production chain optimization was analyzed with Sulton Tex Group, Bahmal Group, Osborn Textile, and D.Fabio Exclusive. Additionally, cooperation prospects from raw materials to finished products were explored with Kvadrat Uniforma, Artatex, Fazo, Samo, Timtex, Forest Color, Sultana Lux and Sanfa Products (synthetic winterizer and geotextiles).

Special attention was given to understanding the current needs and challenges of manufacturers, as well as exploring opportunities for future cooperation. The meetings confirmed a strong interest from local companies in expanding international cooperation, improving market access, and strengthening their position in global value chains.

As a continuation of these discussions, GUZ Partners plans to implement a comprehensive package of activities aimed at supporting local enterprises. These initiatives include organizing specialized seminars and practical trainings with the involvement of international experts, facilitating direct B2B connections between Uzbek manufacturers and international buyers, and promoting knowledge exchange in areas such as innovation, quality standards, finishing technologies, and market development.

The productive outcomes of TextileExpo Uzbekistan 2026 have laid the foundation for a further cooperation. The partnerships and agreements initiated during the exhibition will contribute to increasing the export potential of Uzbekistan’s textile industry and further strengthening the position of Uzbek textile brands in international markets.
