Frankfurt-based trade fair company Messe Frankfurt is expanding its presence in the Central Asian market and is launching seven events from its portfolio in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

 

Uzbekistan’s strategic location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia makes it a promising trade and transport hub, facilitating economic exchanges with the entire region. Messe Frankfurt’s increased presence in the Central Asian market will promote business opportunities and drive the sustainable development of key industries such as cosmetics, textiles and apparel fabrics, automotive, logistics and transportation.

The programme includes the following events:–Automechanika Tashkent, Futuroad Expo Tashkent, Scalex Tashkent: 23 – 25 October 2024–Heimtextil Uzbekistan, Texworld Tashkent, Apparel Sourcing Tashkent: 6 – 8 November 2024–Beautyworld Central Asiain Tashkent: 21 – 23 November 2024

At the next issue of UzTextile Expo Spring 2024 in Tashkent, 28 – 30 May 2024, Messe Frankfurt will implement the “German Pavilion”, a special format supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economics (BMWK), presenting 10 German companies from the textile sector. The German Pavilion was initiated by GESAMTMASCHE. The project GUZ Partners, a cooperation between GESAMTMASCHE and UZTEXTILEPROM, will also be present.

 

German-Uzbek “Textile Technology School” to be implemented

Representatives of UZTEXTILEPROM, GESAMTMASCHE and Hochschule University Albstadt-Sigmaringen jointly organized a workshop for industry representatives at enterprisess om the Fergana amd Narmangan regions, Teamdress and Fazman.
