As part of a regional delegation tour across Uzbekistan, another successful training session was held in Kokand city to support women entrepreneurs in the textile industry. This initiative is carried out with the support of the German industry association Gesamtmasche and the Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association (Uztextileprom), aiming to empower women in business.
The training continued a broader program covering key regions of the country and focused on practical aspects of creating and developing one’s own brand, entering export markets, and managing production processes efficiently.
Participants highlighted the high level of organization, the relevance of the topics, and the inspiring atmosphere of mutual support and knowledge exchange.
This training marks another important step in unlocking the potential of women in the textile sector and strengthening international cooperation in the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Today, on July 16, 2025, a training seminar dedicated to the development of women’s entrepreneurship in the textile industry took place in Namangan, Uzbekistan. The event was organized by the German industry association Gesamtmasche, with the support of the Uzbek Association “Uztekstilprom”.
