As part of the GUZ Partners program, implemented with the support of GESAMTMASCHE, a training session for women entrepreneurs engaged in the textile and garment industry was held in the city of Andijan.
The event gathered over 25 participants, including business leaders and aspiring businesswomen who are planning to start their own ventures. The main goal of the training was to enhance knowledge and skills in production management, marketing, and export promotion of products.

The following day, as part of the program, women entrepreneurs visited one of the leading enterprises in the region – “Samo Group,” which specializes in the production of high-quality fabrics and finished products.

Particular attention was given to issues of sustainable production and the implementation of innovations in the textile industry. The company’s management emphasized the importance of supporting women entrepreneurs, highlighting that their active participation contributes to strengthening the economic potential of the region. New projects to support aspiring women entrepreneurs were discussed with Samo Group, along with collaborative ideas, cooperation, prospects for partnership, and ongoing experience exchange.
The program concluded with a round table where participants shared their impressions and discussed opportunities for further interaction.
With the support of Gesamtmasche, within the framework of the GUZ Partners program, an educational trip has been launched for women working in the textile industry. From September 15 to 19, 2025, participants are undergoing training at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University (Germany).
