With the support of Gesamtmasche, within the framework of the GUZ Partners program, an educational trip has been launched for women working in the textile industry. From September 15 to 19, 2025, participants are undergoing training at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University (Germany). The program brings together entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan’s domestic manufacturing sector as well as professors from the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry.
The training covers key aspects of modern textile production and is aimed at enhancing professional competencies and introducing innovative approaches in Uzbekistan.
📌 Main areas of training:
• labor organization and time standardization;
• modern sewing methods and quality control;
• occupational safety in garment factories;
• alternative technologies for joining materials;
• use of MES systems for production optimization;
• 3D modeling and digital tools for pattern making;
• principles of Lean Management.
It is important to highlight the significant role of Gesamtmasche, which serves not only as the organizer and coordinator of this initiative but also as a reliable partner in transferring European expertise. Thanks to its support, participants gain access to unique knowledge, modern technologies, and practical tools that will contribute to the development of Uzbekistan’s textile industry and the strengthening of international cooperation.

From August 25 to 29, 2025, a unique five-day training on fashion design was held at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, led by renowned German designer and educator Robert Herzog. The event was organized as part of the GUZ Partners project, with the support of the German Textile Association GESAMTMASCHE, and became an important milestone for the Uzbek fashion industry and education.
